Bumpsababy offers high levels of quality and service.
DELIVERY TIMES:
We do our best to despatch goods within 1-2 days of receiving your order. Where we can, we despatch the same day.
When goods are out of stock & we do not know when they will be in again we will e-mail you ! (we won't have taken any money either !)
We are a small company & we do our best to give you the service that we would like to receive ourselves .. there are times it can all go a bit pear-shaped .. But we do our best to ensure that this is rare & quickly sorted out .. we have only a few members of staff & we all have children & just sometimes things are out of our control... Please bear with us if this happens ... we will be doing our best to sort it out ! ..Promise !
CAR SEATS : these are generally in stock But as with anything in life it's always the one we've sold out of that everyone wants ... If this happens we WILL tell you .. We have deliveries every week & sometimes it takes just a few days for items to come into stock again ...
Delivery for car seats is normally a 24 hour service, if orders are recieved before 11am we can often get them in the same day for collection .. (it depends on our collection man & what time he calls !)
If not it will go the next day & be with you the day after ...
(uk standard) The only days we do not despatch (unless dire emergency !!!) are Wednesday (even I get a day off sometimes :) )
Saturdays & sundays as the man at Parcelforce likes his weekends off too !
However .. if you need a special delivery service we are always here to talk too.

Bumpsababy pushchair guarantee
Any pushchair is subject to a 3 month guarantee.
Refunds/Exchange
We will refund or exchange the pushchair if:
It is returned unused and within 7 days of purchase (Mail Order & E-Commerce Only)
The pushchair displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days of purchase. (receipt or proof of purchase necessary)
Repairs
We will repair your pushchair free of charge if:
1. It displays a manufacturing fault after 28 days and within the guarantee period.
You will be charged for repairs if:
1. The pushchair has been damaged accidentally or through misuse within the guarantee period
2. The pushchair requires repairs after the guarantee period expires
Spares
We will provide spare parts for your pushchair free of charge if:
1. It displays a manufacturing fault after 28 days and within the guarantee period
You will be charged for spares if:
1. The pushchair has been damaged accidentally within the guarantee period.
2. The pushchair requires spares after the guarantee period expires
* Unless there is a fault found with the products that are returned, all of the Carriage Charges will be met by the Customer. (sending & recieving)
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED
Affix your Delivery note/ Receipt as proof of purchase to the guarantee.
OTHER ITEMS :
If goods are found to be faulty upon delivery or within 24 hours of reciept, You must notify us immediately. You will be entitled to a refund or a replacement. We will cover the carriage charges.
If you wish to return goods because for whatever reason you are not happy with them, WE MUST BE NOTIFIED FIRST and they must be returned to us, in their original packaging, unused and resaleable within 7 days.
Normally goods cost more to send than the amount charged as carriage, we pick up the short fall.
If goods are being returned for *non-fault reasons then we will refund the original amount charged less any additional postage/credit card expenses that we have had to pay out.
The *goods returned MUST be in our opinion of a satisfactory resaleable condition. The goods must be properly placed in their original packaging otherwise they will not be accepted back for a refund.
